VP of Insights & Analytics, Multiplier
Lauren Allison is the VP of Insights & Analytics at Multiplier, an agency that shapes culture to build brands. She leads the discovery of culture-driven, data-backed insights that help brands forge meaningful connections with their audiences.
Before joining Multiplier in 2023, Lauren spent a decade at MVP, evolving from social media management and consulting for athletes into leading sponsorship measurement for brands like Ally, Allianz, Beats by Dre, Heineken, and Toyota.
Her career spans media, tech, and culture, with a focus on helping legacy players adapt to a fast-changing world—whether guiding journalists into the digital era at The Dallas Morning News, launching a digital department at Townsquare Media, or helping marketers make smarter, data-informed decisions in sponsorship.
Lauren got her start in radio at Citadel Broadcasting while earning her Mass Communication degree from LSU. There, she produced, hosted, and pioneered online content for listeners before most stations had gone digital.
She serves as an executive board member of the nonprofit organization DISE (Dallas Influencers in Sports & Entertainment). When she’s not decoding data or advising brands, Lauren is voicing characters for anime dubs or training for her next triathlon. She lives in Rockwall, Texas, with her husband, two precocious daughters, and her beloved dogs and lizards
